Answer 1. No. Reliability cannot, and should not, limit it's affiliates from taking contracts from customers who have found them by other means. If, however, the client found you as a result of a search of our database, and you gave permission for Reliability to release your data to that client, then you, and the client, are contractually bound to use Reliability Inspectors Inc as the contract administrator for the contract between your company and the client.
Answer to question 2. Absolutely! Affiliates have full control over their rates and contractual terms to the clients. In fact, the affiliate and the client are the only names on the contract. Reliability has made a standard contract form available for affiliates to use if they wish. They may choose to use their own contract form, or the client may have a form that they will insist be used. Once the contract between the affiliate and the client has been signed, they need to send a copy of the contract to Reliability. Affiliates bill their invoice directly to the customer, but the customer's contract with Reliability, as well as the Affiliate's contract with Reliability, require that the payment of the affiliate's invoice, along with Reliability's charges for being the contract administrator are first paid to Reliability, and Reliability pays the affiliate within days of receiving payment from the customer.
