Welcome, Affiliation with Reliability Inspectors Inc. gives NBIC, API, AMPP, CSA, AWS, CSWIP, and jurisdiction‑approved inspectors a rigorously vetted, globally visible platform to expand their market locally, nationally, and internationally. Our approval process strengthens your credibility with EPCs and owner‑operators who rely on certified specialists for pressure‑equipment and structural‑integrity assessments, corrosion control, quality‑program compliance, coatings‑application conformance, and welding‑procedure‑specification oversight. We place a premium on education and experience. Affiliates can anonymously display their full range of certifications, the length of time each credential has been held, diplomas, work history, and a live calendar of availability—giving customers exactly what they need to plan projects and mobilize resources. Affiliates also gain access to our controlled library of engineering codes and standards—NBIC, API, ASME, CSA, AWS, AMPP, TEMA, and more—reducing personal subscription costs and ensuring consistent, up‑to‑date technical support. (The complete list of Engineering Codes and Standards can be found by clicking the resources tab on our website main page).  All services are provided through your own incorporated entity. You negotiate commercial terms directly with the customer, work under their safety and quality manuals, and maintain full independence.  Reliability Inspectors Inc. is not an inspection agency; we administer the contract and safeguard your privacy, intellectual property, and corporate data.

How It Works

1. Anonymous Listing  Once approved, your company is listed anonymously. Customers cannot see your name or corporate details. If a customer requests your services, Reliability contacts you, and your information is released only with your written permission in the form of an email from you. 2. Contract & Annual Fee  After approval, you sign the standard contract and pay the annual administration fee of $550 USD. You then receive a reliabilityinspectors.com email address and access to our Accuris subscription for engineering codes and standards. ( A copy of our standard contract between Reliability and its affiliates can be found by clicking the resources tab on the main page of our website).  3. You Negotiate Your Terms  You negotiate rates and conditions directly with the customer. Reliability can assist with communication if requested. 4. No Percentage Taken From Your Invoices  Reliability adds its administration fee on top of your invoice and bills the customer. Your full invoice amount is remitted to you. 5. Customer Privacy Obligations  Customers must sign agreements protecting your privacy and must use Reliability as contract administrator if they found you through our database. 6. Assistants & Trainees  You may use assistants or trainees under your corporation if the customer agrees. We encourage mentorship and skill development within the affiliate community. 7. Full‑Time Employment Option  If a customer hires you permanently, Reliability charges a pre‑arranged finder’s fee. 8. Independence Preserved  You may seek work elsewhere. If a customer found you through our database, Reliability must administer the contract. 9. Expanded Customer Reach  Our promotion of the registry increases your visibility and broadens your customer base. 10. Professional Standards  Our Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct forms the foundation of our brand and sets the standard of excellence for all affiliates.
