The information you provide will be used to prepare a clear and comprehensive profile of your company and your certifications for review by client HR and management teams. Your information will not be shared with any client without your explicit written consent.

We recognize that legal requirements for operating a business vary by jurisdiction—whether a state, province, or territory in the United States or Canada. Our application process is therefore designed to be inclusive and broadly applicable across regions.

To help you complete your application efficiently, please have the following items ready:

  • Certificate of Incorporation for your company

  • Relevant federal, provincial, or state tax account numbers for the jurisdiction in which work will be performed

  • A letter of good standing from the Workers’ Compensation Board (or equivalent worker‑protection agency) in the jurisdiction where your company is incorporated

  • Proof of corporate liability insurance

    • In Canada, most clients require a minimum of $5,000,000 CAD in corporate liability coverage

    • In the United States, please provide proof of your company’s current corporate liability insurance

  • Copies of your certifications, diplomas, and safety training records issued by recognized certifying authorities and training organizations

If your application for affiliation is approved, you will be required to sign an affiliation contract and pay a mandatory annual membership fee of $575.00 USD. Once payment is received, you will be assigned an email address within the @reliabilityinspectors.com domain. This provides you with access to Reliability’s licensed subscription to engineering codes and standards (valued at approximately $24,000 USD) and enables you to anonymously display your certifications and availability on our website, where they can be viewed publicly.

Please refer to our FAQ section for details on our GST/HST policy. In general, U.S.-based affiliates who are not Canadian citizens and who do not conduct business in Canada are not required to pay GST/HST. Some U.S. states may apply sales taxes.

After completing the information below and selecting Submit, a temporary password will be sent to the email address you provide. This password will allow you to access our secure site and complete the remainder of the application.

We strongly recommend that you review it before beginning the application, as the application process requires a meaningful time commitment. Reviewing the contract in advance ensures you understand the terms before proceeding.
